Welcome to Papericons.com. Papericons.com has taken considerable time and
resources to locate the photographers of Bettie Page and to make hand signed
editions using first generation sources under the supervision of the
photographers. This was not an easy task. Bettie Page photographers at this
point in their lives prefer peace and quiet and do not want to be bothered
with signing photographs by a superfan. But once in a blue moon, after many
weeks or even months of persuading (pestering?) and a little luck, sometimes
they relent. Most of Bettie Page's photographers have passed away.
I spent many nail-biting nights worrying about getting the photos back. Joseph
Hanson was in his 90s when he signed. I was shipping photographs overseas to
Charles West and one time they were hung up in customs for weeks! Some of the
editions were never completed and the supply of those editions are very low.
The photos signed by Bettie Page are extremely limited.
